Our Services

GreenPath Garden provides professional consultations including:

Plant growing guidance and garden care advice
Plant disease diagnosis via photo submission
Fertiliser selection and soil improvement recommendations
Custom planting plans tailored to your space and climate
Seasonal care recommendations
Monthly subscription with ongoing personal support

Consultation Formats

Sessions are conducted via Zoom, Telegram, or WhatsApp — whichever is most convenient for you. We also offer a monthly subscription plan that includes regular check-ins and continuous guidance throughout the growing season.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your garden and growing conditions
Submit clear photos when requesting plant disease diagnosis
Follow recommendations at your own discretion — results may vary based on local conditions

Limitation of Liability

GreenPath Garden provides advisory services only. We are not liable for crop losses, plant damage, or other outcomes resulting from the application of our recommendations.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

At GreenPath Garden, we want you to be fully satisfied with your consultation experience. Please review our refund terms below.

One-Time Consultations

Full refund — if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
No refund — for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or for completed consultations.

Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Refunds for the current billing period are not provided once the cycle has begun and services have been rendered.
If you are unsatisfied after your first month, please contact us — we will review your case individually.

Exceptions

If a session could not take place due to a technical issue on our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
